To constantly train the Innovation Ecosystem at Grupo Bimbo, I contacted Innovation experts to join us every month and talk about several topics such as AI, Design, and Sustainability.
For everyone to find out about the latest launches, as well as internal news, I designed a monthly newsletter that was sent to over 400 employees, being the most read newsletter in the company.
For this particular task, I was in charge of writing every internal news, relevant to monthly activities.
As part of the training and positioning strategy, I developed contents such as this one, for every employee to access and learn from in a simple and effective way.
To help the positioning of the department, I helped redesign several contents and develop a logo for employees to recognize Global Innovation by.
As a global department, Innovation had to hold several events and take part in company-wide forums. Therefore, I was in charge of designing and coordinating the manufacturing of merchandising.
