End of Year Event
Programs
Since each team had a different event due to pandemic restrictions, I designed a program per department with all the details of the party.
Outing experience
While other teams participated in activities such as gotcha and go karts, I was in charge of the outing for the logistics and organization of an endo-gastronomic experience in the woods.
Meeting face-to-face
The team grew significantly during the lockdown, which meant many of the employees didn’t know each other. This outing gave them an opportunity to meet and have fun together.
