Hero of the Quarter
To implement a culture around living by our values, we created this initiative for employees to vote for those who performed outstandingly each quarter.
Secret Santa
Recognition during magical times can lift the spirits up. I designed this program for everyone to participate and deliver a message to those they work closely with.
Secret Valentine’s
The first campaign in 2021 I did was this one. Then, I replicated it for 2022, sending love and praise to every employee at the company.
All Hands praise
When asked, many employees wanted to be praised publicly. This is why, during every All Hands Meeting, I included a specific time for managers to acknowledge their team.
