I developed yearly event which connects employees with health experts to talk about emotional management, nutrition, fitness, and meditation. Employees had the opportunity to attend free seminars and classes to learn about self-care.
Three times a week, employees receive a reminder to get up from their computers, drink water or just take a deep breath. This initiative has improved the stress-related scores on our internal pulse surveys.
I created a series of videos to help employees understand their mental, physical and spiritual health better, while learning tips to take care of themselves.
